Alexandra is an accomplished events professional with over 8 years of experience managing weddings and events. Alexandra has an eye for detail and a proven ability to anticipate and solve problems. She is known for bringing fresh perspectives, improving operations and shaping the creative direction of her events.

In addition to weddings, Alexandra has planned events for The National Ballet Of Canada, The Canadian Opera Company, and The Mississauga Festival Choir. Her work has been featured in June Bug Weddings, and Weddingbells Magazine. Alexandra has also been a guest speaker on Influence The Podcast, listen on Spotify.

Associate Planner

Rebecca is a seasoned event planner with over 10 years of experience planning and executing large scale galas, fundraising events, and weddings in Toronto. Rebecca is exceptionally organized and thrives in high pressure situations. She is praised for her comprehensive and detailed approach to event planning, as well as the calm and kind energy that she brings to her events.

Rebecca is best known for managing The National Ballet Of Canada’s annual Mad Hot Ballet Gala, one of Toronto’s most notable fundraising and social events. Rebecca has been a member of the Weddings by Alexandra team since May of 2022.

Associate Planner

Andrea is a dedicated event planner with over 5 years of experience in the non-profit, corporate and wedding event industries. Andrea has a passion for bringing people together and lives for the tiny details that make an event unique. She is often praised for her warm demeanor and her attention to detail on event days.

While she got her start specializing in large scale conference style events, Andrea developed a specific interest in weddings after planning her own wedding in the summer of 2022. She joined the Weddings by Alexandra team in October of 2022 and has helped many couples bring their events to life since.

Associate Planner

Katerina is a passionate event coordinator whose career began in the advertising industry. As a result she has a keen eye for aesthetics and design and is particularly enthusiastic about creating seamless guest experiences.

Committed to making the planning and event execution process enjoyable for couples, vendors and guests, Katerina brings a meticulous attention to detail and creative touch to every celebration. Katerina is the newest addition to the Weddings by Alexandra Team having joined the team in November of 2023.
